Return Policy

100% customer satisfaction is our guarantee. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please do not hesitate to call. We can be reached during normal business hours at 225-505-1470.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days to return it for store credit only. All returns must be authorized by a Performer's Friend customer service representative in order to obtain the authorization code. There is also a 15% restocking fee on all products with an authorized return.

If a package containing product is shipped back to Performer's Friend without a return authorization code it will not be accepted.

We apologize but no returns or credit will be issued on CD's, DVD's, illusions, Books, Wigs, or Noses. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on opened or un-opened paints or make up.

If Performer's Friend mails out the incorrect item, we will gladly replace the UN-OPENED item at no cost to the customer.

Processing and Shipping

As your friend, at PerformersFriend.com, our goal is to get your order out within 48 hours. Please note we are closed on weekends. All US holidays will delay the shipment arrival time of your package. In the event that one or more of your items is on back order you will be notified by phone or email. Once you are contacted, if we do not receive a response within 2 business days, any out of stock item will be removed from the order and the rest will be shipped. If you wish to receive your order faster, expedited shipping methods are available (Overnight and 2nd day air) your order should be placed before noon central standard time. Shipping times are determined by distance.

US Orders

Performer's Friend offers several UPS shipping options. All rates are calculated by the package weight and shipping zone. All shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout.

Standard US Shipping:

• UPS Next Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery by noon the next business day, with most deliveries arriving by 10:30 a.m.
  
  
• UPS Next Day Air Standard® - Guaranteed delivery by noon the next business day, with most deliveries arriving by 4:00 p.m.
  
  
• UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery by 3 p.m. the second business day to most US addresses.
  
  
• UPS 3 Day Select - Guaranteed delivery by 3 p.m. the third business day to most US addresses.
  
  
• UPS Ground - Guaranteed delivery within one to five business days depending upon the origin and destination.
  
  

International Orders

PerformersFriend.com offers UPS shipping to international destinations. You can choose which option best suits your time frame and budget.

Standard International Shipping Options:

• UPS - Most shipments to major international destinations are delivered within 2-5 business days! Tracking available on all shipments. All-inclusive rates including customs clearance (local taxes not included).

• UPS Expedited - Most shipments to major international destinations are delivered within 4-6 business days! Tracking available on all shipments. All-inclusive rates including customs clearance (local taxes not included).

Important Note on International Shipments:

When shipping internationally, we are required to fill out a customs declaration form detailing the package contents and value. Please be aware that many countries impose import duty on packages. These tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check with your local customs and excise agencies to understand the tariffs in your country.

*Unfortunately we are unable to write any special instructions for the drivers that will deliver your packages.

*We are unable to ship to APO or P.O. Boxes.

*By leaving a signed note giving the carrier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Performers Friend and the carrier of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

*PerformersFriend.com is not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the control of the carrier.

*Free Shipping: Applies to US orders over $150. Excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping methods will either be UPS Ground or Priority Mail depending on weight and size of package. Shipping method will be determined at Performers Friend's discretion.
